David has a proven track record of success in structuring and launching companies with an eye toward going public and managing them through that transition. He has served as an executive for five public companies, all formed by reverse merger.

Spanning North America, Africa, and Asia, David’s multinational operations experience also crosses industries. At Telovax, he helped create oral vaccines to prevent Hepatitis B and C transmission. At Koram Research and Development, he supported the development of high-resolution, real-time imaging for surgical theaters. His leadership experience extends to Eagle Gold Mining, in Ghana, and The World Poker Store, among other organizations.

David also spent more than 25 years in the gaming industry as a general manager and as a consultant for organizations in the U.S. and around the world. He launched several gaming schools to train casino staff from economically disadvantaged and high-unemployment areas in the deep South.

Kent has a 30-year history as a serial entrepreneur across a wide range of fields, including the automotive industry, environmental remediation, import/export, healthcare, and real estate development.

During that time, his strong accounting and finance experience played a vital part in the success of 13 startups in 2 countries and 6 states, using several organizational structures.

Kent also served the federal government for three decades as an FBI special agent and an FDIC bank examiner. He has special training in financial institution safety and soundness, regulatory compliance, and information systems. Kent holds a BBA in accounting from Abilene Christian University.
